Reunds/Returns/Exchange Policies
I do not offer refunds, returns, and very few exchanges. I will offer an exchange for items that are incorrectly fullfilled on my part. However the specifications and prompt response is largely dependant on the response of the purchaser. I will not accept any liabilities for items which are lost, stolen, or aquire damages during the shipping process. I offer shipping on order totals that are $20 or greater, and I will only be shipping within the USA.
I will not cancel any orders, or bookings unless the cancellation is made within 4 hours of booking. All Tarot Readings/Oracle Readings, and any other Metaphysical services by which I provide are to be subect to entertainment only (Says Esty). No reading is to be considered a guarantee. All Tarot is subective and used for enetertainment purposes only. These services provided will not have any form returns/exchanges/or refunds.
All Jewelry is extended a warranty to replace any bead or charm that is damaged, or breaks. Only 4 replacement beads or Charms per year, per customer. This also includes lifetime repairs made to any piece that is hand woven, or beading that is strung by myself. If the item needing repaired is personalized with phrases, intials, or names we cannot guarantee these will remain the same, or even that we can replace or fix them. Purchaser will be soley responsible for the return postage, and shipping costs both ways.
